On September 7, WCGN’s Zoning Committee hosted an RCO meeting with the owner of a single family attached home at the corner of Pulaski and Rittenhouse who was seeking a variance to use the house as an AirBnB. There were 25 neighbors in attendance who voted, and the final tally was 6 in support, 18 in opposition, and 1 “non-opposition”. Included in that total is the tally of “near neighbors,” which was 4 in support and 11 in opposition. This result will be reported to the ZBA.
